Dollman has a wealth of industry experience and has held Chair and Non-Executive Director positions at a range of listed companies, including a role as Group Finance Director at John Menzies, from 2002 to 2013. He is credited with nearly trebling Menzies Aviation in size during his tenure.

Paul’s other current non-executive directorships include Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Wilmington and Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Etihad Topco Limited, trading as Verastar. His executive positions have included Group Finance Director at William Grant & Sons Enterprises Limited and Inveresk PLC as well as a variety of roles at Clydesdale Group and PriceWaterhouse Coopers.
