The A330-200P2F operated by the Mexican airline is the first registered in Mexico after EFW received the validated STC for its A330-200P2F and A330-300P2F products from Agencia Federal de Aviación Civil Mexico in November 2024.
The aircraft is equipped with a flight crew rest compartment and centre fuel tanks so it can be used on medium- and long-haul flights.
It also has a powered cargo loading system suitable for extra-large and heavy cargo on 16 foot and 20 foot pallets.
Awesome Cargo has operated freighter aircraft that were temporarily modified from passenger aircraft to carry cargo in the main cabin.
The airline is building on this experience to operate fully converted freighter aircraft.
