Until recently, the company was able to use short-duration temperature-controlled shippers because product destinations were rather close and overnight shipping was feasible.
“In the past several months, we’ve received orders for our products from locations where overnight delivery is simply not an option,” noted Duncan Ross, Founder and CEO of Kimera Labs. “The containers we had on hand were not able to maintain the needed temperature long enough to ensure product integrity upon delivery. We had to find a solution that would meet our standards for quality and accommodate long-term growth.”
