AGI expands at Pittsburgh airport

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is expanding at Pittsburgh International Airport with new ramp and warehouse operations from December.

Up to 40 new staff members will be recruited to operate services at a 25,000 square foot facility operated by AGI’s sister company, Cargo Force.

Warren Jones, Vice President Business Development at AGI says: “AGI is excited to be working with Pittsburgh Airport as they look to provide airlines and freight forwarders with the opportunity to expand operations in the United States.”

Pittsburgh is between the Chicago and New York regions, providing access to the two markets within an overnight drive.

Jones adds: “This location is a great addition to the AGI network and we are looking forward to providing a first class service in this amazing market.”

Bryan Dietz, Senior Vice President Air Service and Commercial Development at Pittsburgh International Airport adds: “PIT’s speed and efficiency are key to cargo logistics and we look forward to continued growth with AGI.”
