ATC Aviation’s e-booking platform ‘CargoBooking’ will be rolled out among the GSSA’s global network of 34 countries within weeks.
The portal, already in use with an airline in Germany, guides the user easily through the booking process by automated proposals and customised choices.
The CargoBooking platform allows the customer to request air cargo quotes, compare spot rates, book the AWB, and track the full end-to-end journey. Using the latest AI, CargoBooking also eradicates many of the manual entry processes required today
"We are continuously working to make the booking experience even smoother for our users. 80% of our customers are happy to handle simple inquiries by themselves. The channel is already in use in test markets and has found lively interest," comments Paul Breburda, ATC Vice President Commercial and leading the implementation on ATC side.
