CargoAi joins CargoTech to drive digitalisation

CargoAi has joined CargoTech, bringing its cloud-native based online platform to the group, helping digitise the air cargo industry.

Under the CargoTech umbrella, CargoAi joins ECS Group’s Cargo Digital Factory and Wiremind Cargo, who serve their customers’ internal processes, with CargoAi digitising the interface processes between freight forwarders and airlines or GSAs.

CargoTech was missing an online distribution platform, says President Cedric Millet, explaining, “CargoAi not only fills that gap as the world’s only cloud-native based, neutral, SaaS marketplace, but also brings the benefit of an expanded customer base.”

Mathieu Petot, CEO of CargoAi, adds, “Given our extensive cross-sectional reach, we also see it as our responsibility to advocate for sustainability within the industry, both by developing products that promote a greener future, as well as by positioning ourselves as the sustainability experts within CargoTech.”

CargoAi’s mission within CargoTech is to connect airfreight players through innovative, intelligent technology that can be brought to a wider audience.

As a member of CargoTech, CargoAi gains greater reach, shared marketing and communication, and a larger product spread to present to customers.

Potential airline customers are offered 3 product portfolios instead of 1, and benefit from one single contact to discuss completely digitalising their company.
