Ronny Samaey, Managing Director of COASTAIR Chartering, has confirmed that the company has signed a contract to take on a second line warehouse at Liège airport.
The 2,500 square metre warehouse is located within the airport grounds at Grace-Hollogne/Liège. It is seen as a logical next step in the evolution of COASTAIR’s airline product, IMPERIAL Cargo Airlines, which currently serves African destinations.
"We are in the process of becoming a secured warehouse, which will enable us to build up our own pallets and secure cargo at our facilities," explains Samaey. "Together with shorter unloading times and the use of own staff for the build-up and break-down of cargo, the facility will put us in a better position to serve our customer with all their logistics challenges at Liège airport.
