FedEx Express connects Paris with Osaka

FedEx Express is adding flights between Europe and Japan with four flights a week from Paris to Osaka.

Services from Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport to Kansai International Airport will be operated with a Boeing 777, which will then go to Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport in China.

One day a week, a flight will go from Paris to Singapore Changi Airport before travelling on to Guangzhou.

Karen Reddington, President of FedEx Express Europe says: “Online retail sales in APAC generated approximately $2.45tn in 2020 – and with research suggesting e-commerce sales in APAC are expected to almost double by 2025, it is crucial that European businesses can easily and reliably access the growth potential this region offers.”

FedEx is also adding trans-Pacific services by connecting Taipei, Taiwan and Hong Kong Anchorage and Indianapolis, returning via Anchorage to Taipei five days per week.

Capacity on FedEx’s intra-Asian network is increasing with Boeing 767s replacing 757s, almost doubling capacity to Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand and the Philippines.
