flypop brings second aircraft into service

flypop has brought its second aircraft into service for cargo operations through its partnership with Hi Fly.

The Airbus A330 arrived at London Stansted Airport and the team had a party at flypop’s headquarters in the Diamond Hangar.

In recent months, flypop has been partnering with Hi Fly for zero LOPA (layout of passenger accommodations) cargo operations to meet the growing international demand for cargo flights.

Navdip Singh Judge, CEO and Principal of flypop says: “Fantastic to see our second flypop aircraft in the skies and especially here at our UK base at London Stansted Airport and flying over my house! flypop is now a revenue generating airline and we look forward to continuing to grow our fleet of aircraft throughout 2022 for both cargo and passenger operations.”

Two more aircraft will join the fleet in the coming months, operating cargo flights before passenger services are launched in the summer to meet demand from the Indian communities living in the UK and their visiting friends and relatives.

Several destinations are being considered across India including Amritsar, Hyderabad, Goa, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Kochi and Chandigarh.
