Neutral Air Partner, the global network of leading and independent air cargo logistics providers, recently launched its Global Airline Partner Programme. To effectively run the programme, the Hong Kong organisation has appointed Sam Okpro to lead the initiative. Okpro comes with an extensive experience in the air cargo logistics and aviation sector, having held senior management roles in leading airlines, including those of Air Canada, BWIA, Gulf Air, Etihad Airways and Air Seychelles; he has also worked at IATA.
