SEKO Logistics partners with Bringg on digital offering

Delivery and fulfilment platform Bringg and SEKO Logistics are optimising the delivery experience for digital consumers.

Utilising the Bringg platform, SEKO Logistics will bring online one of few remaining offline touch points in the purchasing process .

SEKO clients will receive an SMS link to a self-service web, which enables them to track the status and location of their deliveries in real time on a live map; to communicate directly with the driver or support centre and make specific requests or ask questions about a delivery; to receive personalised alerts regarding order status; to provide the necessary payment options and tips; and to rate the delivery experience and provide feedback.

Bringg will also enable SEKO to track, manage and optimise the facilitation of internal and contracted delivery fleets in real time, while the platform’s intuitive Driver App enables dynamic delivery flows and mobile inventory management.

Optimising planned and on-demand orders has enabled SEKO to sequence routes to meet each delivery’s requirements, while improving drop density rates. The Bringg platform also provides the capability to maximise vehicle capacity with 3D load planning, providing drivers and dispatchers with real time alerts during deliveries.

Bringg uses machine learning to model delivery flows, co-ordinating data across SEKO’s TMS, WMS, CRM and commerce platforms. It is thus able to accurately predict timing for every stage of pickup or delivery with real time tracking across the first, middle and last mile, recording KPIs.
