TAP Air Cargo has implemented CHAMP API, which offers web-based access to functionality, to further enrich customer applications.

The service allows TAP to improve its internal business processes, tracking, and synchronisation of its supply chain. Because of special circumstances, the solution was implemented in less than one week.

APIs, or Application Programming Interfaces, allow the capabilities of one computer system to be used by another, allowing the blending of state-of-the-art solutions to gain added value. One of CHAMP APIs helps keep customers updated on the status of their shipments across over 80 carriers. It is considered an affordable solution to ensure easy integrations with current and future systems.
