LCI has signed an agreement with Elroy Air to acquire up to 40 Chaparral vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) aircraft.
Elroy Air has unveiled its pre-production Chaparral aircraft, which can autonomously pick up 300-500lb of cargo and deliver it up to 300 miles.
