Investors have completed the acquisition of Atlas Air Worldwide, making it a privately held company whose common stock are no longer traded on the NASDAQ stock exchange.
Atlas Air Worldwide shareholders have approved the company’s acquisition by a group of investors.
Atlas Air Worldwide will be acquired by a group of investors in a deal worth $5.2bn.
