Bolloré Logistics has taken a significant leap forward in the Nordics through the acquisition of a majority stake in the Swedish company Global Freight Solutions and its Finnish affiliate.
This now extends the current Bolloré Logistics network to 600 offices in 109 countries, encompassing around 25,000 employees. This acquisition will also serve to reinforce the company’s presence in Europe, especially in the Nordic markets.
The acquisition was a strategic target to complement the regional network; Bolloré had previously established a structure in Norway which was subsequently joined by a similar investment in Denmark.
Established in 2006, G Solutions is headquartered in the maritime hub of Gothenburg, with additional offices in Stockholm and Helsinki: it offers a comprehensive portfolio of services.
