Emirates SkyCargo is partnering with WiseTech Global to make bookings available through the CargoWise platform.
Through the platform, customers are able to make bookings for the majority of their cargo requirements following a short registration process.
Roll out for the service started on 1 September and by the end of the month, the majority of customers using CargoWise will be able to make bookings with Emirates SkyCargo.
Nabil Sultan, Divisional Senior Vice President – Cargo at Emirates SkyCargo says that connecting the CargoWise platform with Emirates’ SkyChain system will give customers direct access to flights and bookings without any other touchpoints.
He says: “This will save time and effort for our customers and for our global teams and at the same time help avoid any unnecessary confusion and inefficiencies in the booking process.”
