Jettainer to manage ULDs for Avianca Cargo

Avianca Cargo has signed a five-year deal with Jettainer to manage and maintain its fleet of ULDs.

Jettainer will provide Avianca Cargo with pallets and manage, maintain and repair all units with a dedicated team in Dallas, Texas.

Operating more than 200 flights a week, Avianca Cargo serves more than 65 destinations in the Americas and Europe.

It specialises in transporting cut flowers from Latin America and for the 2022 Valentine's Day season alone, Avianca Cargo transported more than 16,000 tonnes of flowers.

The Bogota, Colombia-headquartered airline has a fleet of 11 freighter aircraft consisting of Airbus A300s and A330s, and Boeing 767s.
