A thorough review conducted by IATA CEIV Pharma auditors has concluded that corporately developed quality standards, operational processes and training programmes fully comply with IATA requirements, thus confirming the highest quality, safety of the award-winning KN PharmaChain product. A unique Web-based risk assessment tool is used to complete a risk assessment at a lane level, which allows for agile and reliable risk mitigation.
Transparency and control of documentation are achieved via a validated document management system (DMS) that manages all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and working instructions. During the transportation process, KN PharmaChain customers can additionally benefit from real-time monitoring and visibility through the use of active transmitting sensors and proactive intervention via the dedicated round-the-clock Pharma CareTeam.
