New app from Mallory Alexander International

Mallory Alexander International Logistics has launched a new supply chain management application, myMALLORY, for full tracking/tracing visibility across all modes of transportation.

The app provides real-time, round-the-clock updates and notifications to authorised users for all shipments being managed by the Mallory Alexander Operations Team for a customer’s supply chain.

“The myMALLORY app will allow our customers to make critical decisions with regard to scheduling, warehousing and other key variables while their cargo is still in transit,” explains Terry Maready, Chief Information Officer, Mallory Alexander.

The app has been designed to enhance Mallory Alexander’s existing customer service offering and provides tracking/ and racing, together with extensive details as a shipment moves through the supply chain.

In addition, the app provides the latest industry news updates, as well as contact details for all branch offices so that users can have direct access to their customer support team.
