MASkargo signs up to cargo.one platform

MASkargo has signed up to e-booking platform cargo.one, making it the first airline in South-East Asia to join the network.

Freight forwarders using the platform will have access to real-time rates and capacity with immediate confirmation for their bookings.

The two companies are now working on integrating their systems and expect services to be available before the end of 2021.

Platform users will gain access to 20 sought-after routes to Asia and Australia including Jakarta, Singapore, Guangzhou and Sydney.

Mark Jason Thomas, Chief Commercial Officer of MASkargo says: “Over the past months, cargo.one has already helped shape our strategy and I believe the team’s expertise and analytics will be crucial in supporting our shift towards a digital-first business model going forward.”

Moritz Claussen, Managing Director of cargo.one adds: “In line with our Asia expansion strategy, we aim to partner with forward-thinking and customer-centric airlines. We are therefore especially pleased to welcome MASkargo as our latest airline partner, with its strong Asia and Oceania network.”
