Envirotainer and va-Q-tec will combine their businesses following approval from the competition authorities in Germany and Austria.
Pharmaceutical transport solutions provider Envirotainer will be acquired by EQT Private Equity and Mubadala Investment Company in a deal that is expected to completed in the third quarter of 2022.
