The two-day event will be held from 24-26 June and is expected to attract over 350 senior executives from across the world for the conference and networking opportunities.

Cathay Cargo will start the event with a cargo terminal tour on Monday 23 June followed by a welcome reception hosted by Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals (Hactl).

The two days of conference sessions will include panel sessions, fireside chats and keynote presentations covering topical issues and challenging the norm.

After a full day of conference sessions, Cathay Cargo will welcome delegates to a networking dinner.

Steven Polmans, Chairman of TIACA, says, “TIACA is excited to bring the Executive Summit to Hong Kong, a key sector for e-commerce shipments within our industry. We are looking forward to a robust conference programme focused on issues that affect the industry every day, from incorporating AI into the industry to abruptly changing tensions and regulations.”

Tom Owen, Director of Cathay Cargo, says, “We are honoured that TIACA has selected Hong Kong to be the city for the Executive Summit 2025 and delighted that Cathay Cargo will serve as the host for this important industry gathering. Hong Kong has long been the worlds’ busiest international air cargo hub, with state of the art infrastructure and an integrated supply chain within the Greater Bay Area.”
