Alliance Ground International (AGI) has acquired Chicago O’Hare Airport-based Maestro International Cargo.
Maestro was established in 2017 by CEO Edip Pektas and COO Sanj Rathi, and it services airlines including Air China Cargo, Emirates SkyCargo and Ethiopian Airlines.
The acquisition gives the two companies a combined warehouse footprint of over one million square feet at O’Hare.
