Air Canada Cargo approves DoKaSch RKN

North America Pharma Airlines
Air Canada Cargo has made Opticooler RKN containers from DoKaSch Temperature Solutions available by giving them technical approval.

The RKN container has space for 1 pallet and is available to customers along with the larger RAP container, which can hold up to 5 euro pallets.

Both containers are battery-powered and can keep temperatures for pharmaceutical products between 2 and 30 degrees.

Giving both the RKN and RAP containers its technical approval will strengthen Air Canada Cargo’s AC Absolute service, which is designed for time and temperature sensitive pharmaceuticals which require a precise temperature throughout their journey.

Matthieu Casey, Managing Director, Commercial of Air Canada Cargo, says, “Thanks to our global network, we can provide highly reliable and quick transport to a wide variety of destinations. The Opticoolers provided by DoKaSch Temperature Solutions meet our high standards and will help support our extensive cool chain network in the Americas and beyond.”

Andreas Seitz, Managing Director of DoKaSch Temperature Solutions, adds, “With Air Canada Cargo, we have found another important partner in North America who has now fully technically approved our Opticooler. This is not only another important step for our growth in the region. This also means that even more pharmaceutical shippers can now rely on our reliable Opticooler.”
