AirBridgeCargo customers embrace digital bookings

Digital bookings at AirBridgeCargo (ABC) Airlines rose more than 200% in 2021 as customers embraced digital services.

The airline has been developing ebookings via ABC’s official website and the use of booking platforms, with bookings increasing 274% in 2021 compared to 2020.

It was one of the first carriers to embrace online booking platforms starting with cargo.one and later joining WebCargo and CargoAi.

In 2021, ABC worked with the booking platforms to extend services across Asia Pacific and throughout the year, online bookings were made available at all origin and destinations and its road feeder service partners.

Alexey Zotov, Commercial Director of ABC says: “We have been in close dialogue with our key accounts to see how we could increase online bookings and integrate our capabilities into their internal Transport Management Systems. This will enable more seamless customer experience and open new opportunities for further cooperation, including in the area of integrates logistics solutions which we are set to expand.”
