Amerijet and Titan sign 757-200 deal

Amerijet International has signed a deal with Titan Aircraft Investments for the long-term placement of three Boeing 757-200 converted freighters on a dry lease.

The aircraft will be used on routes in the Caribbean and Central America, and Titan will provide aircraft and lease management services.

Titan Aircraft Investments is a joint venture established by Titan Aviation Holdings and Bain Capital Credit in 2019 to develop a diverse aircraft leasing portfolio.

Michael Steen, President and CEO of Titan Aviation Holdings, who is also Chief Commercial Officer of Atlas Air Worldwide says: “We are delighted to welcome Amerijet as a strategic customer and to support its long-term expansion plans. This partnership underscores the trust our customers have in Titan’s expertise in freighters.”

Tim Strauss, CEO of Amerijet says: “I’m incredibly proud of our employees who worked tirelessly to bring the B757 project to fruition. These aircraft will be a wonderful addition to our fleet, giving us a platform for continued growth as we approach 50 years of continuous service from our home base in Miami, Florida.”
