The new unit, the first of four it will receive this year, will help Cainiao expand its network between China, the US, Brazil, and Chile.
It is more technologically advanced and environmentally-friendly than older units, offering 20% higher payload capacity and 16% lower fuel consumption than 747-400Fs.
