The system provides a single cargo management platform for Avianca Cargo and its affiliated airlines including AeroUnion.
It includes the iCargo Web Portal suite, which provides self-help tools to increase Avianca Cargo’s selling capabilities, providing a dedicated digital channel for booking and tracking.
As a result of mergers and acquisitions, Avianca Cargo had different systems, tools and business processes but now it has one platform used by all group carriers.
