Challenge Group has added a Boeing 747-400F to its fleet, registered under its Belgian AOC.
The production freighter brings Challenge Group’s fleet to 10 aircraft, consisting of six B747-400Fs and four B767-300Fs, tripling its fleet in less than three years.
The new arrival will enhance Challenge Group’s capacity and frequency, meeting rising demand for perishable services out of Africa, e-commerce from China and transatlantic trade.
Calling the latest addition a pivotal step in Challenge Group’s fleet strategy, Chief Commercial Officer Or Zak, says, “It reinforces our ability to respond to the evolving demands of the air freight capacity while expanding our capability to serve new markets. This aircraft exemplifies our commitment to operational flexibility and providing additional solutions for our customers.”
