Corsair is the first airline to subscribe to the Group’s real-time shipment tracking solution as an add-on option to their GSSA contract and has already reported improved customer satisfaction.
Developed in 2019 by ECS Group’s Cargo Digital Factory, Pathfinder is now available for airline customers as an individual service module, irrespective of whether they already have an ECS Group GSSA contract.
