The service was launched a year ago when air and sea freight capacity was limited and since then, 85% of Dachser USA Air & Sea Logistics customers have used the service more than once.
It can be used for customer requirements including transporting special shipments, high-value goods, oversized cargo, dangerous goods, and temperature-sensitive cargo.
For customers, the service offers transatlantic capacity, full transparency with real-time data, access to Dachser’s road network in Europe and the US, and additional services such as door-to-door deliveries, customs clearance and document preparation.
