
The £11 million facility is located on a 2.3-acre site has 47,500 square feet of warehousing and 7,500 square feet of office space, and is designed with efficiency and sustainability in mind.
The building has solar panels on the roof and has electric vehicle charging stations for use by DB Schenker vehicles, colleagues and visitors.
It is equipped with an x-ray machine for local airfreight screening, allowing cargo to depart from Manchester Airport.
