The company launched a dedicated dangerous goods working group who conducted an 18-month wholesale review of how dnata assesses and delivers dangerous goods training requirements to comply with IATA’s framework approach.
The solutions were implemented in January 2023 and dnata’s businesses underwent a formal and comprehensive audit by IATA between March and August, covering all aspects of its Training Management Systems and the delivery of the Dangerous Goods CBTA programme.
Participating in the programme provides customers with a guarantee of quality and reduces auditing and training requirements and development costs.
