Dubai Airshow: Air Tanzania orders 767-300 Freighter

Air Tanzania has ordered a Boeing 767-300 Freighter as part of an aircraft order announced at the 2021 Dubai Airshow.

The 767 will capitalise on Africa’s growing air cargo market, and will be based in Dar es Salaam along with the 787 and two 737 MAXs the airline has ordered.

Ladislaus Matindi, CEO of Air Tanzania says: “Adding to our 787 fleet, the introduction of the 737 MAX and 767 Freighter will give Air Tanzania exceptional capability and flexibility to meet passenger and cargo demand within Africa and beyond.”
