ECS Group digitalises quotes with CargoCoPilot

ECS Group is integrating CargoCoPilot API from CargoAi into its operations to digitalise the handling of rate requests and quotations.

The solution uses generative AI to automate manual email processing, significantly reducing workloads and boosting efficiency for ECS Group’s sales and operations teams.

CargoCoPilot API allows unstructured data from client emails to feed directly into ECS Group’s Quantum quotation tool and automatically generate an email response with a quotation.

More than 10,000 quotes a month are being processed with the API.

Jean Ceccaldi, CEO of ECS Group says CargoCoPilot reduces manual workload and makes data entry faster and more reliable.

He says, “The tool has become a real companion, easily integrating into our teams’ routines and driving enthusiasm for its adoption without any training or guideline. Our teams can’t imagine going back to life before CargoCoPilot.”

Integrating CargoCoPilot has provided ECS Group with the benefits of automatically reading shipment details, dimensions and special handling codes into the existing system to create quotes.

Eliminating manual entries reduces errors, increases reliability and streamlines workflows so teams can focus on value-added services and a human-led approach.

It is globally adaptable with multilingual options, which has been proven in markets including France, Türkiye and Brazil.

The solution was implemented in a week of the proof-of-concept phase.

Matt Petot, CEO of CargoAi, says, “Our partnership with ECS Group represents the future of air cargo operations, where AI-driven tools like CargoCoPilot empower teams to achieve greater efficiency and focus on what truly matters. Seeing such rapid adoption and enthusiasm from users is a testament to the strength and practicality of the solution.”
