ECS Group offers a-la-carte menu for services

ECS Group is offering a deck of ten service modules for the New Abilities pillar of its Augmented GSA concept.

Describing it as an a-la-carte menu to customers with or without an ECS Group GSA contract, they can choose a level of service.

Customers can go up to the All-In service, which builds on ECS Group’s Total Cargo Management Solution to cover services from sales, marketing, revenue optimisation, operations, interline management, claims handling, up to charter operations.

Single services include Quality Stars for back-office data administration, or Optimum to assist airlines in maximising revenue.

Other services never previously offered by a GSA include ECS Inside to support staffing requirements, Brainflow for consultancy services, and Spotlight for marketing concepts.

Adrien Thominet, Executive Chairman of ECS Group says that with the disruption caused by the pandemic, the traditional GSA model is no longer enough to support customers in this changing environment, ECS must offer them maximum support.

He says: “We have therefore spent the past three to four years committed to structuring our widespread expertise and improving and developing innovative, high value-added service modules. With our New Abilities, we provide a comprehensive set of service solutions that can be purchased individually, whether or not the customer has a GSA contract with us.”
