Etihad Cargo adds capacity for the summer

Etihad Cargo is adding cargo capacity to key destinations across Asia, Africa and Europe for the summer months.

From July, Boeing 777 Freighter flights will continue to operate to Chicago, Dhaka, Frankfurt, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hong Kong, Johannesburg, Nairobi, Milan, Riyadh, and Shanghai.

Boeing 787 and Airbus A350 passenger aircraft will provide cargo capacity with 35 flights a week to London Heathrow, seven direct flights to Bangkok and another five via Phuket.

Daily flights will operate to Dublin, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur, and Etihad will operate additional services to Barcelona, Brussels, Johannesburg, Madrid, Tokyo, and Vienna.

Martin Drew, Senior Vice President – Global Sales and Cargo at Etihad Aviation Group, says, “Etihad is operating additional flights during the busy summer period, which will introduce additional belly capacity across key routes for Etihad Cargo’s customers.”

From mid-June, seasonal passenger services to Greece, France, Spain, and Tanzania will be introduced.
