Etihad Cargo restructures regions and enhances customer experience

Etihad Cargo has reorganised its organisational structure with a new allocation of regions and the creation of a Customer Experience Department.

The restructured global network has four regions managed by newly appointed directors, which are designed to enhance capabilities in key markets and bring Etihad Cargo closer to its customers.

South Asia and Oceania, led by Bernard Lee, covers SAPAC, India, Vietnam and Australia; Jacqueline Han Lin Ni manages North Eastern Asia which covers China, Hong Kong and Macau, Korea, Japan and Taiwan; Europe and Americas is led by Rainer Krammer and covers northern Europe, central Europe, southern Europe, the UK and Ireland, and the Americas; and Grant Kemp is leading the Middle East and CIS region, which covers the GCC, the UAE, Africa, Levant and the CIS.

The Customer Experience Department will be led by Lubna Allaham to improve the customer journey with additional customised customer-centric solutions so Etihad Cargo continues to deliver the highest level of service across all touchpoints.

Etihad Cargo will strengthen its sales team and re-enforce its commitment to the UAE market with the appointment of Rayan Alhaddar to the new role of Senior Manager Business Development Cargo Manager.
