FedEx flies Covid vaccines to Seoul

FedEx has flown Covid vaccines to South Korea on a flight from Memphis to Seoul.

The vaccines were delivered on Sunday, 15 August to the government on the Republic of Korea on behalf of the government of the United States of America.

The time and temperature sensitive vaccines were loaded onto an aircraft at the FedEx World Hub in Memphis, Tennessee and flown to Incheon International Airport in Seoul before being transported to their final destinations.

FedEx has transported Covid vaccines to various countries. In the Americas, FedEx has transported Pfizer/BioNTech vaccines to Caribbean islands including Antigua, over one million Johnson & Johnson vaccines to Mexico and 500,000 Pfizer/BioNTech vaccines to Uruguay in the past two months.
