
FF Construction will design, engineer and construct the air traffic control tower, a business aviation terminal and a fire station at the Silk Way Cargo Village within the Alat Free Economic Zone (AFEZ).
The air traffic control tower will feature advanced radar and communications systems alongside energy-efficient and sustainable facilities.
The business aviation terminal will have a dedicated customs area, VIP lounges and direct apron access for private aviation.
The fire station will guarantee rapid emergency response with advanced equipment and vehicles, and will incorporate sustainability features including water recycling systems.
The facilities will be build in accordance with international standards for green and sustainable infrastructure.
Technical guidance from the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) will support progress towards the Green Airport certification, and local authorities will ensure maximum efficiency and scalability for the airport’s future growth.
