Bazin has worked in the airline industry for over 20 years, gaining airfreight experience at Air France KLM Cargo and Qatar Airways Cargo, with an emphasis on operational excellence, revenue optimisation and customer satisfaction.
Bazin says that the pandemic has emphasised the need to improve processes through automation and digitalisation while maintaining customer experience.
