Gebruder Weiss portal adoption progress

​With only a month having passed since its launch, the new digital customer portal of Gebruder Weiss has already reached the thousandth customer mark.

The corrugated cardboard plant TEWA, in Carinthia, has become the milestone customer to have integrated myGW with its processes. The myGW platform provides customers with real-time cross-divisional information about their flow of goods for land transport, air and sea freight, as well as warehouse logistics.

TEWA's managing Director, Franz Ronge, has been impressed: “We were won over by the fact that myGW enables real-time digital consignment transparency, that it provides a clear overview of delivery statistics and, above all, that is very easy to use. We have been able to increase the speed at which we process orders thanks to simplified communication channels and having direct access to all the documents.”
