Multilatina Talma has acquired Generalair, strengthening its network so it can provide cargo services in Guayaquil, Ecuador.
The transaction was approved by Ecuadorian regulators on 6 September, and Talma Ecuador’s CEO, Vladimir Munoz Barbieri will be the Executive Director of Generalair.
Peruvian airport services company Talma was founded in 1992 and operates in more than 50 airports in Peru, Mexico, Colombia and Ecuador.
It works with more than 30 airlines, providing ramp, cargo, passenger handling, aircraft line maintenance and executive aviation services.
