The software as a service (SaaS) system is being used in Lisbon, Porto and Funchal following an automated implementation process.
Hermes invested in months of technological installation, configuration and activation development to ensure its SaaS system was delivered entirely by automated coding and script, removing the need for manual intervention.

Through the service, Hermes maintains and monitors the ground handler’s servers, managing software updates, performing regular security audits and recognising and solving issues before they arise.
