Pfeifer took up the newly created role on Monday 1 April with responsibilities including the development and implementation of a regional sales and operations strategy for Europe to enhance ULD management services.
His teams will handle all aspects of customer relations including sales, operations and customer service.

Pfeifer joined Jettainer 15 years ago holding various IT and Operations leadership roles, most recently as Head of Operational Excellence Supply Chain.
