Hete, who has 40 years of industry experience, previously served as CEO between 2003 and 2020, has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2003 and previously held management roles at ABX Air.
He was appointed by the Board of Directors to return to his long-time position and will remain Chairman of the Board.
