The new facility will be developed on the East Midlands gateway scheme, adjacent to the south side of East Midlands airport. The estimated date of completion is March 2019.
Kuehne + Nagel’s new state-of- the-art facility will be built on 17.6 acres of land. The development will include a 40,000 square foot temperature-controlled area to accommodate growth within the pharmaceuticals sector. The Lenton Lane and Riverside operations will be relocated and will merge the Overland activities currently hosted at Kuehne + Nagel’s Midpoint Park Minworth site into the new development.
