
The material handling system will be one of the most advanced in the region and is a key milestone in Etihad’s expansion.
It will strengthen Abu Dhabi’s position as a key global logistics hub.
Installing the system is part of a broader investment to modernise and futureproof cargo handling at the airport.
The agreement was signed at Zayed International Airport by Jubran Al Breiki, CEO of Etihad Airport Services – Cargo and Guy Walker, Managing Director Middle East of Lödige Industries.
The signing was witnessed by Naresh Ranganathan, Vice President of Etihad Airport Services – Cargo, Gustav Ryan, MENA Sales and Projects Manager at Lödige Industries, Emma Clutterbuck at Head of Procurement, Etihad Airport Services and Micheal Boulis, Senior Legal Counsel at Etihad Airport Services.”
