
The airline has finalised an agreement for five aircraft with Jetran, a Horseshoe Bay, Texas-based provider of aircraft leasing, sales and aviation services, and will use the aircraft to expand its fleet and services.
The Mammoth 777-200LRMF has a Collins Aerospace cargo loading system optimised for 777 passenger-to-freighter conversions.
It has been developed over the last three years and has high levels of part commonality and operational reliability.

Mammoth Freighters has completed its initial test flight of the prototype 777-200LRMF.
The prototype, registered N705DN, took to the skies following the conversion at Mammoth’s modification partner facility, Aspire MRO in Fort Worth, Texas.

Mammoth has seven 777s undergoing conversion, five at Aspire MRO’s facility in Fort Worth and two with STS Aviation Services in Manchester, United Kingdom.
It has received 35 orders for 777 freighter conversions.
