The system has been launched at Bucharest Otopeni Airport with Menzies saying MACH represents a significant enhancement over its current management system.
MACH has a modern user interface (UI) with easy to use navigation, and its cloud-based makes it accessible from anywhere, anytime on any device, providing real-time insights and data.
Operating as a single source of truth, MACH seamlessly integrates with other systems helping to simplify and standardise processes.
It improves data accuracy as electronic information is populated across the system.
The system can create and automate checklists for specific tasks and tailored employee development pathways mean warehouse staff only receive training relevant to their roles.

Menzies will roll out MACH in Macau in China; Wellington, Christchurch and Auckland in New Zealand; Sangster and Kingston in Jamaica; Ontario, Vancouver and Calgary in Canada; and Amman in Jordan by the end of Q1 2024 and Menzies plans to implement MACH across its global network by the end of the year.
